USB
USB (Universal Serial Bus) is a widely used interface standard for data communication that has increasingly replaced many other interface standards. It was jointly developed in 1995 by major computer and telecommunications companies, including Intel, Compaq, Digital, IBM, Microsoft, NEC, and Northern Telecom, and has since become an industry-standard interface.
